TERMS & CONDITIONS
What to include in the T&C document
1. Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all catering orders. The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days prior to the scheduled event.
For events booked less than 5 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Order Minimums
A minimum catering order of [insert dollar amount] is required for delivery. Pickup options are available for smaller orders.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders canceled more than 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 3–6 days will be refunded 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are non-refundable.
No refunds for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
4. Menu & Dietary Restrictions
Our menu features bold Caribbean flavors and may contain common allergens such as gluten, soy, dairy, and nuts.
Customers are responsible for informing StuffedKrust of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.
While we do our best to accommodate, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free kitchen.
5. Delivery & Setup
Delivery is available within [X-mile radius] of [business location] for a fee. Exact rates depend on distance and order size.
Set-up service may be available upon request for an additional fee.
Customer is responsible for providing access to the delivery location at the agreed-upon time.
6. Equipment & Rentals
If StuffedKrust provides serving equipment or displays, all items must be returned in good condition. Damaged or missing items may result in additional charges.
7. Food Handling & Leftovers
Once delivered, StuffedKrust is not responsible for the handling or storage of food items.
We recommend consuming all hot foods within 2 hours of delivery to ensure food safety.
8. Liability
StuffedKrust is not liable for any injury, illness, or damages caused by improper food handling after delivery.
We reserve the right to decline services to any customer or event that poses a risk to our staff or operations.
9. Modifications
Menu selections, headcount, and service details must be finalized at least 5 days before the event.
Any changes requested after this time may be subject to additional fees and availability.
10. Agreement
By placing a catering order with StuffedKrust, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
